SCREEN DANCE

A six-months contemporary dance training to develop performance skills for the camera.

What you get by joining Screen Dance

  • Perform in one professionally filmed dance film (group)

  • Expand your performance skills and collaborate with talented choreographers

  • Group choreographies filmed at the studio, which can be used for content and portfolio

  • Discounts on COUP workshops

  • Perform in a solo or small group dance film - this will be a site-specific project where each dancer will create their own choreography with the help of our facilitators

  • Be part of a supportive and creative community of dancers and artist.

Rehearsals are every Tuesday evening, starting from February 2026.

LEVEL: intermediate to advanced- dancers with some workshop experience and movement awareness can join this training

We are also open to considering other levels, as long as you are committed and passionate, so be brave and give yourself a chance!

Dancers need to be 18+ to be considered

LOCATION: We are still securing a rehearsal space in North/East London

HOW much is it?

Dancers pay a fee of £75 per month.

Dancers joining both Screen Dance and Live Dance pay £130

An extra £35 will be charged in June 2026 to cover additional video production costs.

LIVE DANCE

A six-months contemporary dance training to develop performance skills for live shows.

What you get by joining Live Dance

  • Perform in one live group performance (small/medium- studio, or exhibition space, or theatre)

  • Collaborate with choreographers and fellow dancers to bring an original dance story to life.

  • Develop storytelling and performance skills

  • Learn how to communicate emotion and narrative through movement, character work, and stage presence.

  • Create and perform a solo pieces, or small group pieces

  • Craft your own choreography with mentorship from our facilitators, exploring your creative voice.

  • Enhance stagecraft and theatrical awareness.

  • Join a supportive creative community

  • Be part of a collaborative group that values artistic expression and shared growth.

  • Discounts on COUP Workshops
